Ok….what a Valentines Day coincident!! Last night drew said she wanted no part of the heart shaped red velvet cake I was making. Instead she wanted a “gooey chocolate cake with fudge in the middle”!! I suggest a molten lava cake with she jumps at…..and then this wonderful recipe shows up. Coincidental right? Ok the weirder thing is that I only have unsweetened bakers chocolate in the house. Which is exactly what this recipe calls for! A big THANK YOU from drew and I!!!!

The goal is one pound per week. I put in all my info in my fitness pal app, an that is what it came up with. It actually is filling, and If I do it right, I am never hungry.
I’m lovin’ cake week. If it’s cake week, nothing else matters much in life, in my opinion. Keep the cakes coming!
