I left you a comment at Bakeaholic Mama, but I had to come back here to say “Dang you for perpetuating my coconut obsession!” I just can’t seem to stop myself from craving it lately. I don’t know what’s wrong with me. I bought a carton of green coconut water this week. Water! From a green coconut! I think I need help. Oh, and this bundt cake.
You started all of this coconut madness! I had to bake something coconut-y after all the Tweeting about it.
*Green* coconut water? What in the world…? Is that like a cousin to the fried green tomato? I am intrigued.
