Weekly Menu Plan 83 brings a full compliment of Thanksgiving favorites to the table for easy, delicious entertaining!
Thanksgiving is coming! Thanksgiving is coming! With the Thanksgiving holiday only a few short days away, the Dinner Divas decided to stock the Weekly Menu Plan 83 with tempting options for your holiday table. Whether you prefer a tradition Thanksgiving dinner or like to try something new, the Weekly Menu Plan 83 has something that is sure to tickle your fancy.
See what tempting dishes are on tap:
On Monday, I talk turkey and delve into how to roast a beautiful, succulent bird. Boneless turkey breasts, bone-in turkey breasts, and whole birds may all apply. My Citrus-Herb Roasted Turkey recipe covers all of the bases!
On Tuesday, Jenni/Pastry Chef Online offers up a neat approach to stuffing with her Wild Rice Stuffing with Sausage and Dried Fruit. Excellent side dish or independent meal? You decide!
Leftovers have never been more tantalizing as they are on Wednesday with Erin/Speckled Palate’s Cranberry Turkey Puff Pastry Tartlets. I am SO looking forward to making these little cuties after Turkey Day. One of these with a piping hot skinny peppermint mocha for breakfast sounds divine!
Thursday brings perhaps the least attractive but most heavenly side dish ever–5 Ingredient Corn Casserole from Pook’s Pantry. We call it corn pudding in my house, but now matter what you call it–you’ll make it over and over again. It’s a huge hit!
Friday brings a great solution for those of you parade-ing or serving meals for friends in need on Thanksgiving. Jessica Gavin’s Crock Pot Turkey Breast let’s the slow cooker do all of the work. She makes the most of a boneless, skin on turkey breast to make moist and tender holiday dinner with little effort. You can too.
If you’re looking for an alternative to the classic pumpkin pie, try Jenni’s Caramel Pumpkin Mousse with a cacao nib streusel. Yeah. I’d totally tap that.
Or if cake is more your thing, Erin has a gooey Praline Pumpkin Upside Down Cake that looks absolutely fabulous. Enjoy a slice with some hot buttered rum for a really decadent treat!
