Top 25 Reasons Why My Husband Is Hot!

In honor of Father’s Day, I thought I would share my top 25 reasons why I think that my husband it hot.

(In no particular order…)

1. He knows where the vacuum is, and he’s not afraid to use it.
2. He supports all of my crazy ideas—like writing a blog!
3. He has an excellent read on people.
4. He is kind.
5. He shares his faith in God with our sons.
6. He has the most amazing mahogany colored eyes.
7. He expresses genuine admiration and appreciation for all that I do for my “job.”
8. He is swarthy.
9. He sometimes crosses the line of impropriety to get a laugh or to make me cringe. (Preferably both.)
10. He doesn’t make fun of my borderline unhealthy obsession with the Twilight Saga.
11. He is a patient, compassionate, strong, and loving father.
12. He has spent years bringing babies to me to nurse in the middle of the night so that I could get more sleep.
13. He likes PBR. (‘Nuff said!)
14. He always makes my birthday cake from scratch.
15. He wants nothing more than to be home with his family, no matter where his job takes him.
16. He thinks my nightly stream-of-consciousness-babbling before falling asleep is cute.
17. He brings chocolate instead of flowers, and for no apparent reason.
18. He makes cute boys.
19. He is not afraid to tell me when I am being ridiculous, but also knows when to let me vent.
20. He always has our backs.
21. He never, ever complains about my cooking—even when we were first married and it could be really scary.
22. He insists that our kids don’t complain about meals, and be grateful for the nourishment.
23. He is a man of his word.
24. He is a hard worker.
25. He goes to Victoria’s Secret and buys flannel pajamas because he thinks I am hot in flannel.
