Cookie Week 2012 has come to a close, so this is a recap of the cookie recipes shared during the week. We also have a total figure of the funds raised to benefit Cookies for Kids Cancer. Wait until you see these numbers!
Cookie Week 2012 to benefit Cookies for Kids Cancer is over and done with for the year. Every cookie that we baked and exchanged will earn $1 thanks to the generosity of Glad to Give. When we started the Cookie Week Exchange last year, I was overwhelmed at the total number of cookies exchanged for the cause.
The widespread support from across the country was amazing. This year, more and more of you emailed with your cookie exchange totals, and for that I’m truly grateful. I’m thrilled to report that this year, we’ve surpassed our 2011 total! I just might explode with excitement!
But before I announce our total, I can’t very well host a Cookie Week without posting a recap of all of the great cookies shared last week, now can I? Nope. I wouldn’t do that to you, Friends.
In no particular order, here are all of the great cookie recipes shared during Cookie Week 2012.
Hey! I think there’s a calendar idea in there somewhere…
A quick click on the photos will take you to the blogs and the cookie recipes.
What a line up, eh?
♥♥♥
Are you ready for the total number of cookies exchanged? Because it’s pretty exciting stuff!
I’m excited! Are you excited? Well you will be in a minute, because…
this year Cookie Week 2012 exchanged 6376 cookies!! That equates to $6376 being donated to Cookies for Kids Cancer from Glad!
Can I get a Woo-Hoo? Woo-hoo!
Thank you all so much for supporting the efforts of a few little blogs that want to make a difference in the lives of children with pediatric cancer. Together we can make a difference, one cookie at a time!
